Grossenbacher Fun Run Harness

The Grossenbacher Fun Run harness offers full freedom of movement for all activities. The long cut of this harness offers optimal shoulder and elbow freedom so that your dog can move without restriction. Grossenbacher harnesses are made from a special triple-laminated fabric that has no pressure points and does not chafe. Thanks to the ergonomic cut, the girth straps can be adjusted so that the dog feels no pressure on the spine. Grossenbacher uses high-quality, sturdy buckles that can withstand heavy loads.

These harnesses are very light: 3XS-75grams; XS-110grams; M-170grams (apx).

For everyday use, it is recommended to attached the leash only to the back ring. If there is any tension on the leash and on the harness, this is distributed optimally on the dog's body. The sensitive neck area remains free and the spine feels no pressure.

If you would like to do close heel work or training or you need your dog to be closer to you, using a double-ended lead the two lead clips can be attached one to the first ring (situated near the back of the neck) and one to the back ring.

We recommend using the first ring ONLY for training purposes and/or on a temporary basis. This is because if there is tension only on this ring at the back of the neck, the harness is potentially pulled upwards on the neck and could put pressure on the dog's windpipe.

Non-adjustable neck. Slides on easily over the head due the low profile and there being no metal or plastic hardware on the neck straps.

There is a handle on the back* (oriented front to back) so you can briefly grab it to hold onto your dog. *Note: sizes 3XS and below have no handle*

Backorders in our standard colours are available. Grossenbacher backorders usually ship to you in apx 6-7 weeks, pending product availability and workload/holiday season in Switzerland. All products are hand-made to order, hence the fairly long wait time. Online backorders (as opposed to Custom Orders) are treated like normal orders and are exchangeable, but cannot be cancelled once placed and are not refundable (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).  Limited Edition colours are not available on backorder. Please refer to our FAQs for detailed information about backorders.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Grossenbacher products come in a large range of custom colour combinations. The Fun Run harness does have other colour options available – we are happy to do special orders for colours we don’t stock, however custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).

If you would like to place a Custom Order for a Fun Run harness, please select the appropriate size and then choose "Fun Run Custom Order" under the colour drop down. YOU MUST WRITE THE THREE COLOURS YOU ARE REQUESTING (base, edge, strap) IN THE ORDER NOTES.

Please ensure you know what size will fit your dog so you are not disappointed when a custom order doesn't fit and can't be exchanged. We strongly suggest coming into the studio to try them on, or at least book a Zoom fitting session, before you order.

Custom Orders are paid for in advance and are not refundable or cancellable. Full payment is made before a custom item is ordered in for you.

Custom Orders usually take 6-7 weeks, but may take up to 12 weeks, to deliver to you depending on where we are in the order cycle and the workload/holiday season in Switzerland.

NB. We emphasise: Custom Orders cannot be exchanged or returned. When you place and pay for an order for a custom item you are agreeing that the item cannot be changed/returned/exchanged (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
