POSTAGE

Orders are sent with Australia Post.

Standard Post flat rate within Australia is $13.50
Express Post flat rate within Australia is $17.50

Orders over $260 qualify for free Standard Parcel Post
As at March 2026 we are offering free shipping for orders over $175
Any free or discount shipping offer may change or be suspended at any time without notice.

Orders are usually sent within 48 hours of receipt, but sometimes it may take a few days to dispatch your order. We aim to send orders as soon as we can, but we do not process orders every day. Once your order is processed and packaged up ready to be sent, you will receive a confirmation fulfilment email with tracking number.

Orders that include backordered items will be sent in one delivery once all items are available. If you wish to receive an in-stock item immediately, please place separate orders.

Harbour City Dog Gear will make every possible effort to deliver orders to the address specified by the purchaser, on or before the estimated arrival date, but Harbour City Dog Gear will not warrant that it will do so. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide further information and help sort out the issue.

At present Harbour City Dog Gear does not accept orders for delivery outside Australia.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery to these postcodes, for orders over $50: 2038, 2039, 2040, 2041, 2045, 2046, 2047. You may choose this option if offered to you during checkout. If you do not choose this option and instead request a paid postage service, unfortunately we are not able to reverse any postage charges once your order has been placed.

Local delivery will be made either via Australia Post or delivered in person by Harbour City Dog Gear. Please make sure there is somewhere secure and out of the rain where your order can be left. If you are in an apartment building or gated complex please ensure we can deliver your order without needing special access (eg security codes, door codes etc). If delivery cannot be made for any reason, any re-delivery will incur the standard delivery charge.

PICK UP

You can choose to pick up your order from our Lilyfield Studio. Please select "Pick up" as the delivery method. Orders may be picked up during our normal business hours, which you can find here.

Orders are usually ready to pick up within 48 hours. If you haven't heard from us, please contact us first to check if your order is ready before you come to the studio.
